We provide shipping services exclusively to addresses located within the contiguous United States.
Shipping Limitations
At this time, we are unable to fulfill orders bound for Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO Boxes, or military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO). If a restricted shipping destination is entered, the system will prevent the order from being processed at checkout.
Daily Processing Cut-Off
Our daily order cut-off is set at 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), Monday through Friday. Purchases finalized before this time on a standard business day will enter our processing queue immediately. Any orders submitted past the cut-off, or during weekends and US federal holidays, will begin processing on the following business day.
Order Handling Time
Our fulfillment team requires 2 to 4 business days to prepare, perform quality checks, and pack your order. This timeframe applies Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and recognized US holidays.
Transit Time
Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, standard transit takes between 7 and 15 business days (Monday through Friday).
Total Expected Delivery
By factoring in both handling and transit times, your order will typically arrive within a window of 9 to 19 business days from the date of purchase. Remember to account for one extra business day if your order is placed after our 6:00 PM PT cut-off.
Shipping Costs
We proudly offer complimentary shipping for all orders reaching a subtotal of $199 or greater. For purchases falling under the $199 mark, a standard flat fee of $7.99 is applied. The exact shipping charge will be clearly displayed during your checkout process.
Calculation of Fees
Our $7.99 flat shipping rate is determined strictly by the order subtotal, regardless of the package’s weight, dimensions, or specific destination within our service area. The free shipping discount triggers automatically when the $199 threshold is met post-discount.
Logistics Partners
We entrust deliveries to reliable carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The specific carrier utilized for your shipment is selected dynamically based on your destination ZIP code and logistical efficiency. We cannot accept requests for specific carriers.
Shipment Tracking
As soon as your package is dispatched, we will send an automated confirmation email featuring your unique tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier’s digital tracking system to register the parcel and display movement updates.
Taxes and Customs
Relevant sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your provided shipping state, with the total clearly shown before payment. Because our fulfillment originates internationally, your shipment is subject to US Customs and Border Protection protocols. While orders beneath the US de minimis threshold typically do not incur import duties, any unexpected customs fees assessed upon arrival remain the recipient’s responsibility.
Address Modifications
Customers are liable for entering a precise and complete delivery address. Should you notice an error after checking out, email contact@urbansatchel.com immediately with your order ID. Address corrections are strictly limited to the period before the order enters dispatch. We cannot assume responsibility for lost packages stemming from incorrect address submissions.
Missing Deliveries
If your tracking link confirms delivery but the package is nowhere to be found, please thoroughly search your premises, consult household members, and check with neighbors or your building manager. If the package remains missing after 48 hours, reach out to contact@urbansatchel.com so we can initiate a formal trace with the delivery company.
Handling Lost or Damaged Goods
In the event your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the shipping box and the damaged garment before removing tags. Send these images along with your order number to contact@urbansatchel.com within 7 days. For shipments confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will organize a complimentary replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment account.
No Hidden Fees
We maintain absolute pricing transparency. There are no concealed handling or packing surcharges; the shipping rate presented at checkout is your final fulfillment cost.
Customer Service Resolution
We strive to resolve standard shipping inquiries within 5 to 7 business days. Cases requiring extensive carrier investigations may extend beyond this timeframe, during which we will maintain transparent communication with you.
