Match the design to the animal
- Dog and cat in the same house: We’ll Always Have Each Other (a retriever and a tuxedo cat) or Hugging Best Friends (a puppy and a kitten).
- A cat that bullies the dog: You Make Me Mad. It is the funny one, and the only crewneck.
- A shepherd and a tabby specifically: Your Little Magic.
- Dog person, several dogs, or a dog walker: Dog Love Club.
Guessing the size
The crewneck is a relaxed fit, so a wrong guess still fits. If you can see a shirt they own, read the tag; then use the Size guide. If you cannot, go with what you think and one size up. Size exchanges are free within 30 days of delivery, and the recipient can arrange one themselves by email without involving you.
Picking a color
The crewneck comes in White. The tees come in White, Ash, Natural and two pale ice-blue heathers. White is the safe pick for a gift; Natural is the warmest if they wear a lot of earth tones.
Timing
Everything is printed after the order, then shipped. That takes longer than a warehouse item. Check the current production and transit windows on the Shipping policy and count business days, not calendar days, back from the date you need it.
Shipping it straight to them
Enter their address as the shipping address and yours as billing. There is no packing slip with prices in the box. If you want a note included, email us the order number and the message after you order, and we will pass it to the print facility; we cannot promise every facility can add it, so we will tell you if it will not happen.
If it is wrong
The recipient emails support@urbansatchel.com with their name and shipping address. We send a prepaid label and print the new size. Details are on Returns and refunds.
