Urban Satchel is a small online shop that sells illustrated dog-and-cat tees and crewnecks, printed one at a time after you order. It is run by JENNIFER ANN CHAGOLLA FUNY LLC from Phoenix, Arizona, and it opened in 2026.
What we sell
Five illustrated designs on two garments: the Bella+Canvas 3001 cotton T-shirt and the Comfort Colors 1566 garment-dyed crewneck sweatshirt. Each design shows a dog, a cat, or both. Some are drawn as vintage crests, one is a comic-style portrait, one is a crowd of cartoon dogs. They are for people who talk to their pets, and for the people who buy gifts for them.
Why “Satchel” if we sell shirts
The name came before the drawings did. Urban Satchel does not sell bags, satchels, or luggage, and we have no plans to. Everything on this site is a printed T-shirt or crewneck sweatshirt. If you came here looking for a bag, we are the wrong shop, and we would rather tell you on this page than let you find out at checkout.
How an order is made
- You choose a design, a garment color, and a size.
- The order goes to our print partner’s network, which assigns it to the facility nearest you, usually in the United States.
- The facility prints your garment within 3 to 4 business days and hands it to USPS or UPS.
- The package reaches you in 7 to 9 business days after that.
We do not keep stock, so nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. That is also why an order cannot be changed once it enters production.
Where things come from
The printing happens at our partner’s facilities, and the blank garments are made overseas. The T-shirt blank is made in Honduras. The sweatshirt blank is made in Honduras or El Salvador. We say this plainly because a US-origin label has a legal meaning under FTC rules, and our products do not meet it. The printing is usually done in the United States; the garment is not.
About the product images
We do not photograph the finished garments. Every product image is either a print preview generated by our print partner or a close-up of the artwork file itself. They are made to show the design and the exact garment color we print on — not the specific shirt that will arrive at your door. Print placement can shift up to an inch, and screens render color differently. The Disclaimer covers what can vary.

What we do not do
- We do not show customer reviews yet, because we do not have any. We will not buy or invent them.
- We do not run countdown timers, “only 2 left” notices, or crossed-out prices. Every item is printed to order, so there is no stock to run out of.
- We do not claim certifications we cannot document.
- We do not describe our product images as photographs of the garment you will receive, because they are print previews.
If something goes wrong
You have 30 days from delivery to return any item, and we pay for the return label. Wrong or damaged items are reprinted or refunded without a return. Read the Shipping policy and the Returns and refunds page for the details, or email support@urbansatchel.com. We reply within 1 business day.
