Measure a shirt you already like, then match the numbers below. Both garments are sized for adults. Measurements are the manufacturers’ and can vary by about 1 inch. We currently print sizes S–3XL; the charts show the full size run so you can compare.
How to measure
- Lay a shirt that fits you flat on a table.
- Width: measure straight across the chest, 1 inch below the armpit, from edge to edge.
- Length: measure from the highest point of the shoulder, next to the collar, straight down to the bottom hem.
- Sleeve (crewneck only): measure from the center of the back collar, along the shoulder, to the end of the cuff.

Women usually take one size down from their men’s size for a fitted look, or their usual unisex size for a relaxed one.

Garment-dyed fleece can shrink slightly after the first wash. Wash cold and dry low to keep the size.
