The Phoenix address is an office and returns address. It is not a shop, a showroom, or a warehouse. There is nothing to visit, and returns should be sent there only with the prepaid label we email you.

What this business does

Urban Satchel sells illustrated T-shirts and crewneck sweatshirts for people who live with dogs and cats. Nothing is made until you order it. Your order goes to a print-on-demand partner network, which assigns it to the printing facility nearest you, usually in the United States. We hold no inventory and we operate no printing equipment ourselves.

The blank garments are made overseas: the T-shirt in Honduras, the sweatshirt in Honduras or El Salvador. The printing usually happens in the United States. Neither fact makes the finished shirt American-made, and we do not describe it that way. The Federal Trade Commission reserves the US-origin label for goods that are all or virtually all made in the United States, and ours are not.

Prices, tax and currency

All prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax is already included in the price on the product page, and no separate tax line is added at checkout. Shipping is shown separately: $7.95 on orders under $79, free at $79 and above. Every size of a design costs the same, so the price on the product card is the price you pay whichever size you choose.

Where we sell

We ship to all 50 states, Washington DC, Puerto Rico, US territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not ship outside the United States.

About the product images

Our product images are print previews, not photographs of finished garments. They are generated by our print partner to show a design on one specific garment color, or they are close-ups of the artwork file. Print placement can shift up to an inch from the preview, and screens render color differently. The Disclaimer lists what can vary.

Intellectual property

The illustrations, the Urban Satchel name and wordmark, the written content and the page layouts on this site belong to JENNIFER ANN CHAGOLLA FUNY LLC. Buying a shirt gives you the shirt. It does not give you a licence to reproduce the artwork on other products or to sell copies of it.

Bella+Canvas and Comfort Colors are trademarks of their respective owners. We name them only to identify the blank garments we print on. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by either company. The dogs and cats in our designs are illustrations. They are not portraits of specific animals and are not connected to any breed club, shelter, or organization.

Accuracy and errors

We check what we publish and we still get things wrong sometimes. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order before it ships and refund you in full, and we email you first. If you find something on this site that is inaccurate, write to support@urbansatchel.com and we will correct it.

Governing law and complaints

This site, and any order placed on it, are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If something goes wrong, email support@urbansatchel.com first; most problems end in a reprint or a refund within a few days. Nothing on this page limits the authority of the Federal Trade Commission or of your state Attorney General, and nothing here removes rights you have under the laws of your state.
