These terms apply when you use urbansatchel.com or buy from it. The site is run by JENNIFER ANN CHAGOLLA FUNY LLC (“Urban Satchel,” “we”), 17425 N 19th Ave Apt 2206, Phoenix, AZ 85023. By placing an order you agree to these terms, the Shipping policy, the Returns and refunds policy, the Legal notice, and the Privacy policy.

1. Who can order

You must be 18 or older and have a shipping address in the United States, including its territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

2. How an order becomes a contract

Your order is an offer to buy. The order confirmation email is our acceptance. Until the item ships, we may cancel an order for a pricing error, a suspected fraudulent payment, or a garment we cannot get. If we cancel, we refund you in full and tell you why by email.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is already included in the price on the product page, so no separate tax line is added at checkout. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you pay: $7.95 on orders under $79, free at $79 and above. Every size of a design costs the same. If a price is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order before it ships and refund you. How and when you are charged is described in the Payment policy.

4. Printed to order

Each item is printed after you order it. The cutoff is 5:00 PM Arizona time on business days; an order placed after it goes to production the next business day. You can change or cancel within 12 hours. After that the item is in production and cannot be changed. You can still return it after it arrives, under the Returns and refunds policy.

5. Product images and descriptions

Product images are print previews, not photographs of your specific garment. They are generated by our print partner, or they are close-ups of the artwork file. Colors vary by screen and by dye batch. On the four light garment colors — Ash, Natural and the two ice-blue heathers — a faint white print panel is visible behind the artwork, as the previews show. Measurements on the size guide are the manufacturers’ and can vary by about 1 inch. See the Disclaimer.

6. Shipping and returns

Delivery times, shipping costs, and the returns process are set out in the Shipping policy and the Returns and refunds policy. Those pages are part of these terms.

7. Artwork and site content

The designs, product names, and text on this site belong to us or are licensed to us. Buying a garment gives you the right to wear it, wash it, and give it away. It does not give you the right to reproduce the artwork on other products or to sell copies of it.

8. Reviews and anything you send us

We do not buy, trade, or write our own reviews. If we publish customer reviews in the future, they will come from people who actually bought the item, and we will not remove a review because it is negative. If you send us a photo, a review, or a comment, you allow us to publish it on this site and on our own social accounts, with your first name and state at most. Email us if you want it taken down.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use the site to place fraudulent orders, to scrape or copy its content, to test payment cards, or to interfere with how it works. We may refuse orders or block access when this happens.

10. Warranties and liability

We describe our products as accurately as we can and fix any order that arrives wrong, damaged, or misprinted. Beyond that, and to the extent your state’s law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some states do not allow limits on implied warranties or on certain damages, so this limit may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your state, and nothing limits the authority of the Federal Trade Commission or your state Attorney General.

11. Disputes

If something goes wrong, email support@urbansatchel.com first. Most problems are solved with a reprint or a refund within a few days. If we cannot solve it, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without taking away consumer protections you have where you live. You may bring a claim in the small claims court where you live. We do not require arbitration and we do not ask you to waive class actions.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the bottom shows the current version. Orders are governed by the terms in force when you placed them.
