This page explains what can vary from the product images and what we are not responsible for. Nothing here removes rights you have under the laws of your state.
The product images are print previews
We do not photograph finished garments. Every product image is a print preview generated by our print partner, or a close-up of the artwork file. They show the design and the garment color, not the individual shirt that will be printed for you.
Colors on screen
Garment and print colors can look different from one screen to another. Garment-dyed sweatshirts also vary slightly from batch to batch. A small color difference is not a defect. A wrong color is, and we fix it.
Print placement and size
The artwork is placed by the print facility and can shift up to 1 inch from the preview. On the four light garment colors a faint white print panel is visible behind the artwork, as the previews show.
Garment measurements
The measurements on the size guide come from the garment manufacturers and can vary by about 1 inch. Fabric can shrink slightly after the first cold wash.
Illustrations
The dogs and cats in our designs are illustrations. They are not portraits of specific animals and are not affiliated with any breed club, shelter, or organization.
Use and care
Follow the care instructions on the product page. Damage from bleach, hot washing, or ironing over the print is not covered by our returns policy.

Limitation of liability
To the extent state law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some states do not allow this limit, and in those states our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law permits. This does not limit the authority of the FTC or your state Attorney General.
